Bradford White Named Top Water Heater by Plumbing and Heating Contractors

March 24, 2010 - Bradford White Water Heaters, Ambler, PA – Bradford White Water Heaters has been named the tank type water heater brand most purchased by plumbing and heating contractors for the fourth consecutive year, according to a 2009 independent study conducted by Clear Seas Research. The study also showed Bradford White as the brand most recommended for the second straight year. The annual report provides an in-depth analysis of the water heater industry including trends in product, installation, replacement & servicing, brand selection factors, brands most often purchased, product information resources and more. Bradford White was also the brand of choice among plumbing and heating contractors in the 2006, 2007, and 2008 Clear Seas Research Studies.

The independent study also reveals that product quality is the most important factor to contractors when selecting a brand of tank type water heater. Reputation, price, service, technical support, brand carried by wholesaler and manufacturer warranty were also major influencers for professionals.
